Firstly create a blog or a website using blogger or wordpress or wordpress.org. Post daily on your blog. And if you want a domain like .com or .co.uk don't go for godaddy they rip you off, you pay 10$ for a domain and they do nothing. So use 123 - reg, they are safe.
Secondly make funny videos, mini movies, or just random stuff and put that on Youtube and your blog or site.
Thirdly your appearence, you need to make your own style up. Or make yourself look good. Then people will reconize you in partys and stuff.
Now you should through parties, give giveaways, and join Twitter and Facebook and other social networks.
Then people will start to talk to you and like you. You could even have a phrase. Also add penguins when they ask you.
Hopefully now people should know you by now, and you will be considered rare, maybe. Another way to get a crowd rounf you is to say "Hi Youtube" or "Now filming" it works.
Earn respect from penguins by saying your a ledgend bro. That works for me.
I'm not famous but I do believe these work. Anyway i've only followed half of these tips so far.
